This is the time of year when the stove manufacturers launch their new products and as a premier dealer we have had the pleasure of previewing what’s coming onto the market ready for the new season.

Charnwood

Aire 5kw woodburner – pictured above at Charnwood’s recent dealer event - With an exceptionally large view of the fire and both DEFRA and Sia Ecodesign ready it’s sure to be hit for both traditional and modern fireplace installations.

Charnwood have also re-launched a classic, and long time best seller, the Country 4Blu. This stove will continue to be a hot little favourite, and as it has now been re-engineered to incorporate the Charnwood BLUtechnology, its ready to update any traditional setting and now meets 2022 DEFRA Clean Air Efficiency Regualtions.

Woodwarm Phoenix Range

A model range of 4kw to 8kw free standing stoves with variations of standard height or log-store style, plus an insert stove for a standard UK fire-opening, the newly launched Ecodesign ready stoves have ultra-low emissions and easily exceed the 2022 Clean Air Act pass rate. They are exceptionally easy to light, and the controllability is outstanding.

Dean Forge

The Dartmoor range including the lovely Baker for those wishing to go forward with an alternative cosy cook facility, the Dartmoor Baker W5 Se wood burning stove is based on the successful Dartmoor Stove Range. It has an integral oven above the fire box utilising the heat from the fire to cook, bake or warm delicious food.

All the Dartmoor Baker’s have a removable cleaning plate located inside the oven. This door provides a cleaning access to the top of the oven or for sweeping the chimney when fitted with a top exit flue.

Contura

New developments to continually improve the Swedish Contura stoves, all of which are SIA EcoDesign Ready, the three main improvements within the Contura 500 range which is Europes most popular stove range are;

An ingenious 'Automatic Start' function which automatically controls the lighting air through the grate. It means that the door can be shut at the same time that the start-up fire is lit and the stove therefore becomes completely independent of room air. Which means it feels safer not having to leave the stove with an open door during the start-up fire. It is also perfect for modern buildings with negative pressure.
A 'Refueling Boost Function' With the new functionaity you can ”save” embers that have nearly died. You just open the handle on the left, new oxygen flows in from below and brings out the embers so that the new wood catches light. After a short time you can once again enjoy a beautiful fire and heating.
Beauty in the smallest detail according to Contura , the 500 Style has a new ashbox, which, thanks to its design and damping function, slides quietly and softly during emptying.
